How long does it take to prepare my package?
B.zaar Collective offers a special service of consolidation which takes 1-2 days. You can shop a number of brands found on our website and once you check them out we collect all these items and send them over to you in our signature box.
How long will my package arrive?
You can expect your package to arrive within your area in 5-7 business days. An email with your tracking number will be sent once the package has been shipped out.
What courier company do you use?
Orders sent to the Philippines are sent via XPost. Orders outside the Philippines are sent via FedEx.
Do I have to pay for customs and import charges?
All deliveries may be subject to local import taxes which are shouldered by the customer. Please check your local area for rules applied. If ever problems arise please do not hesitate to contact us and we can help facilitate on how to retrieve your package.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We have a 14 day return, refund and exchange policy. Just send us an email to hello@bzaarcollective with your order number in the subject heading and one of our team members will gladly assist you. If we don’t get back to you within the 14 day returns, refunds and exchanges window don’t worry! We check all arrivals of your order and if it falls within the time frame we will help you sort it all out.
How do I return my order?
Once getting confirmation and instruction from The B.zaar Collective team, you may send it back in its complete packaging. Original shipping prices will not be refunded but B.zaar Collective will cover all returns and exchange shippings.
When do I get my Refund?
Refunds may take up to 7 days to reflect whether in your bank account or store credit on the account used depending on what has been resolved between the customer and B.zaar Collective.
